Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Viewfield content studio and related services (the "Service") provided by Reactor LLC ("Viewfield", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The service
Viewfield is a content studio for marketers. It proposes your brand voice from your website, researches and drafts blog posts, social posts and newsletters in that voice, revises them with you, and shows how AI assistants answer your buyers’ questions and which pages they cite. A reviewed piece can be sent to your own website’s content management system as a draft and published there by a separate press you make; nothing else is published, scheduled or posted anywhere in your name. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.
- Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; generate or distribute spam, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or unlawful content; abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its rate limits; attempt to access another customer’s data; or use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content and materials you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant Viewfield a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI providers and to the content management system you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and publish it.
Your website and the systems you connect
You may connect the content management system that runs your own website. With respect to that connection you represent that the website is yours or that you are authorized to publish to it, and you will disconnect it promptly if that authorization ends.
- A reviewed piece or a page change is written to your system as a draft first, on a decision a person on your team records, and goes live only by a separate press that person makes. Viewfield never writes to a website that is not yours and never overwrites an edit made in your system after the draft was saved.
- AI search visibility reads the public pages of your website and asks AI assistants the questions you track; the answers are stored as third-party data for your workspace.
- Measurements shown in the Service after a page goes live are associations between that change and later answers; they are not attribution and must not be represented as proof of cause.
AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to propose your brand voice, to research, draft and revise content, to propose changes to your own pages, and to read the AI answers your tracked questions receive. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others, and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing any content before you use or publish it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. You authorize us to access and use connected accounts on your behalf to perform the actions you request.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Reactor LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service. We welcome feedback and may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reactor LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reactor LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
